Stupid calendar...
I thought some of you might be pondering, "Ok, Darin has this sweet blog that I am obsessed with and check 203 times a day, but why does he have a stupid, blank calendar??!?! It'd be amazing if he put dates of appointments and whatnot on the calendar, that way we'd know in advance what he's up to!!! What a loser!"
Truth be told, I put the calendar up to do exactly what you all want. I just can't figure out how to put events on the stupid thing. I can make an IP phone in Beijing dial out using local telephone lines from Grand Rapids, but I cannot figure out how to add an event to a calendar. I left the calendar up at first, so I'd remember to try to figure it out again. Now I am leaving it up as a reminder never to give up. Which is it, stubbornness or persistance? You decide.

Newflash? Hmm, I think a "newflash" is definitely better than an "oldflash." Newflashes are trendy and hip, and always interesting. They sag their pants to be cool.
ReplyDeleteOldflashes just walk with a cane and reminisce about the days when they used to blog uphill to school both ways, in ten feet of snow, with only a 56K MODEM and had to use windows 3.0!
However, a "Middle-AgedFlash" is acceptable as well. Usually these can keep up with the Newflashes just fine.
